About Us

At Rose Flowers Daycare and Out-of-School Care...

We believe each child is unique with individual needs and abilities. We believe that children have the right to be in a safe, healthy, secure, loving, learning environment. We believe in supporting the development of a positive self-concept for all children. Each child is treated as an individual with unique abilities. We use the approaches of “play as the core” and “hands on approach” that give the children opportunities to grow and enhance their creativity, intellectual, physical and social emotional development.

The routine and schedules are balanced between child-directed and staff-directed to allow children to freely decide activities they want to pursue. The schedule is flexible to allow spontaneous activities.

We recognize parents as the primary teacher of their child. We include parents in our program to help us understand more about their children. We aim to build positive relationships with families, communities and other stakeholders.

Our goals ensure that every child has a safe space that will enable them to grow into secure, happy, healthy and confident young adults. We aim to provide an appropriately stimulating environment to assist in the children’s cognitive development.
